Why is TOMGROW the best choice for your space?

The TomgrowX technology allows you to save water, time, and cost, while improving the ESG metrics. With TOMGROW you won’t need to worry about the complexities entailed in caring for plants, as our systems take care of themselves and increase the life span of the plants.
What are TOMGROW systems made of?
Safi Hefetz, head of the Industrial Design Department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, is in charge of the iconic design of the systems. We offer a range of systems made of hot-pressed recycled materials, which make them both very durable and environmentally friendly. A wide selection of colors is available, to fit any style or space. Every TOMGROW product is equipped with an engineered system and with the innovative TomgrowX technology, which supplies water and nutrients directly to the roots of the plant and significantly extends its lifespan.
Will my Tomgrow be identical to the pictures on your website?
Since plants are living things, they are all unique and different from each other. While we aspire to provide an accurate representation of our plants on our platforms, minor variations in color, size, and texture are possible, due to natural growth patterns. Rest assured that your plant will be healthy and beautiful and will reach the expected growth and height.
Can I purchase the TomgrowX technology on its own?
We understand your desire to buy the technology separately. However, we are not able to sell the platform independently of the system. The TomgrowX technology is an integral part of our Tomgrow system, which includes the device and the engineered structure, and is designed to work in conjunction with them to provide optimal growing conditions for your plants.
Is it possible to purchase Tomgrow system separately?
Tomgrow systems were designed for the TomgrowX technology, and together they form a complete solution that provides the optimal conditions for your plants to flourish. Consequently, the system is not offered for sale separately.
What should we do after our Tomgrow system arrives?
Enjoy it! We provide our clients with a pleasant and easy experience, and take care of every detail, from delivery to installation and ongoing maintenance.
Can I choose the plants myself?
Our customer service team is available to assist. You are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to reply as soon as possible.
I think my plant is not healthy. What should I do?
If you have noticed a few dry or yellow leaves, do not be concerned. This is totally normal. A plant is a living entity, and its leaves are renewed periodically. If necessary, you may trim the leaves by hand, and please contact the Tomgrow experts for guidance and advice.
How often should I water the plant?
One of the major advantages of Tomgrow is that you will no longer need to water your plants. Our team of experts, with the help of simple AI sensors and the technology we developed, will be able to determine exactly when your plants need water. We will coordinate our arrival with you when we come to water the plants, and make sure they get the exact amount of water they need.
Can you buy Tomgrow for the home environment?

When will my Tomgrow arrive?
Your Tomgrow will arrive within 30 business days of the booking date.
Is there a minimum order quantity for Tomgrow systems?
Yes, at least 25 systems.
